Server upgrades - Debian 12

This month we are busy upgrading our servers to the new Debian 12 ("bookworm"), which includes PHP 8.2 and PostgreSQL 15.3 among other important upgrades. Three servers have been upgraded so far, with two still to go.
There may be some errors for a short period during the transition as several common functions and function calls have been deprecated in PHP 8.2. The database also needs to be taken down and rebuilt for the new version.
Please let us know if any problems persist or if you see anything out of place on your website. The next major release "trivia" is not expected until 2025. Debian releases are named after Toy Story characters.
