Doman management account - 2FA update

24 October 2026

To help keep your account and domains safe, Dreamscape rolling out an upgraded Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) system starting November 13th.

What's changing?

  • You'll be asked to verify with 2FA when you log in, reset your password or recover your account, and turn off the Domain Security Lock.
  • Any domain EPP / transfer codes that are currently unlocked will be automatically locked, so domains can't be transferred out of your account without your authorisation.
  • 2FA will default to the most secure method set up on your account.

Do I need to do anything?

No action is required. If you've already set up an alternate 2FA method, you'll keep being prompted for it at login. If you'd like to change your 2FA method or settings, just log in and update the MFA Enforced Security option, or follow our guide here: Configuring Two-Factor Authentication

Thank you for helping us keep your domains secure! If you have any questions, please contact us.
